The internationally renowned 'Trader Vic's Restaurant' and 'Mai
Tai Bar' are located on our entry level - open from 5.00 pm until
2.00 am. Vic has put together an exotic menu of tropical and Asian
delicacies and cocktails which can be enjoyed in a warm, South
Seas atmosphere. From the succulent duck, smoked in our authentic
Chinese oven, to the home-made coconut rum ice-cream, Trader Vic's

Hamburg owes its present prosperity to longstanding ties with
